Package Your Items
Place the items in their original T'EYES packaging, ensuring all protective seals and clothing tags are still attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
